Publishing to Spatial
We recommend Testing your space in your private Sandbox before publishing, so you can quickly ensure it is functioning as expected. Once you have sufficiently tested your space and verified that all looks and functions well, then you can go ahead and publish your space.
Once your environment is ready for others to see, you can publish it.
Publishing does the following:
- Packages up your project
- Uploads the project to Spatial
- We process that package on our backend, which can take anywhere from 1h to 24h.
- Once completed, the environment should now show up in your environment selection UIs
- When you make changes to an already published space, you can simply publish again.
Publishing should be considered expensive, since it requires processing on our side. While we don’t have limits right now on how many times you may publish an environment, we may limit this in the future.
